Every class is a real training discipline in fantasy armor, so your character grows the way you do. Not sure yet? The Wizard starts you as a Bard.

Why did my character stop at level 10?

Free accounts cap at level 10, but your XP keeps banking. Upgrade to Premium and every banked point applies right away.

The scanner named the wrong machine.

Pick the right machine when the app asks you to confirm. Every correction trains the scanner. If the right machine isn't listed, open a ticket under Equipment scan.

Can I cash out GoldWei?

No. GoldWei has no cash value and can't be bought, sold or withdrawn. It redeems only for single-use discount codes from GymWizard partner brands.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Premium is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage, cancel or request a refund in your phone's subscription settings.

Can my companion help with an injury or diet?

No. Companions and the Wizard don't give medical, injury or nutrition advice. For those, talk to a doctor or a qualified professional.
